Job Description – Operations Manager

We are looking for a high performing operations manager, with at least 8+ years of experience in the field. Your goal will be to improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and lead by example and enable members of your team to grow to their full potential..

Responsibilities and Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

• · Managing a team
• · Reviewing organization process and see how it can be improved
• · Managing customers & handling any escalations (the goal would to minimize escalations)
• · Customer retention & happiness
• · Handling customer support, maintenance, admin & accounts.

Qualifications and Skills

• · 8+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years managing people.
• · Excellent project management skills
• · Process-oriented with the delicate balance with just ample process to optimize efficiency
• · Intelligent, Pleasant personality, confident and very well-spoken individual. Excellent written and spoken communication.
• · Very well organized
• · A dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹480,000.00 – ₹540,000.00 per year
