Sales Manager – Real Estate Portfolio Management, It a team management role , He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training. The Prime role is to sell high end luxury residential and commercial projects. The role involves around to build and preserve trusting relationships with our premier customers.

You will be responsible for sales, marketing, training, disciplining lower-level managers and employees, as well as coaching and mentoring lower-level managers. As Area manager, you will create incentives for employees and evaluate your departments efficiency and productivity. Additionally, as the Area manager, you will collaborate with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on short-term and long-term goals, communicate those goals to your team, and guide them to success.
In this key role, he/she will be developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and to improve efficiencies as well as providing leadership, guidance, and support for the sales team.
Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement. Create listing and sales checklists, and manage the team for goal accomplishment, Transaction Coordination, Mortgages. Excellent leadership, customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Ability to lead while working collaboratively and independently. Management ability with team members, clients, and vendors. Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff. Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, WordPress and more. Some flexibility to work schedule, but must be able to work throughout of week.

Can easily handle the team size approx. 5 to 10 people sales team.
Oversee day-to-day business operations
Provide leadership at all levels of the organization
Communicate and embody the company vision and values.
Define and implement policies and performance standards
Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed
Assess departmental and company performance and devise plans for improvement
Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues
Allocate budget resources for sales, equipment, marketing, and personnel
MBA/PGDBM – Sales and Marketing will be preferred .

Time management skills are important in prioritizing tasks to ensure that projects are completed by deadlines and streamlining processes to maximize productivity

Interacting with existing and prospective clients (Investors, retailers, and individuals of high net worth) to keep them upbeat with the latest developments and offerings and also making them a part of our future projects.
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.
Conducting market review/studies and analysing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them.
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and selling skills.
MBA / Post Graduation/Graduation in any discipline.
Total experience of around 6-8 years with minimum 4-5 years experience in direct selling.
Worked in a real estate or financial industry ie insurance, banking etc.
Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
Effectively closed client transactions directly i.e. a successful direct selling career.
In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality – He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company’s positive image.
