Role: Kaseya AdministratorExp: 3-8 years (Relevant experience)Education: Any Technical GraduateLocation: NoidaJob Description: ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain ProVal’s globally distributed infrastructureManage and monitor VMs running in a hybrid virtualization environment(Hyper-V, VMWare, Amazon EC2 and Azure)Implement and maintain a highly available and reliable provisioning andautomation environment based on API, C# and PowerShell as well as Kaseya/RMM technologyOwn the process for releasing builds into Dev, Test, Stage and ProductionOwn the process for releasing upgrades/ updates to customers,including patches, maintenance releases, etc.Help implement policies around hardware and OS level upgradesEnhance and support our global infrastructure and Cloud software monitoring solutionsExperience with supporting SQL/ My SQL DatabasesEffectively communicate and collaborate with R&D,Customer Success, Support and Operations teamsResolve hardware, operational, infrastructure, performance, and application incidentsProvide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problemsto ensure infrastructure and application stabilityParticipate in onboarding process lifecycle management and ownership ofplatforms, applications, and infrastructure servicesWilling to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call dutiesDevelop and enhance service documentationDemonstrate ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiplestakeholders executing in a matrix environment.Solid understanding of monitoring and troubleshootingDesign and configure templates, triggers, and alertsQualifications/Experiences: Experience with server-side scripting automationExperience with Kaseyas Products (VSA, Auth Anvil, Traverse, 365 Command)Windows Administration experience (Active Directory, IIS, Disk management,Windows Patching, Performance)Scripting in either PowerShell, bash and python environmentsPreferred Qualifications: Experience with backup scripting and technologiesExperience with security solutionsNetworking with firewalls and in the cloudRegardsShikhaJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payExperience:Kaseya: 3 years (Preferred)
