The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years in a similar role, as well as proven customer facing experience.Job description

• Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

• Maintaining Azure AD, users, devices and licences.

• Should have experience in MFA troubleshooting.

• Troubleshooting on FortiGate firewalls.

• Installation and configuration of VPN software and its installation.

• Upgrading, Installing and Configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.

• Creating user accounts and performing access control.

• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.

• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.

• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.

• Supervising and mentoring employees, as well as providing IT support.

• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Required Skills

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years in a similar role.

• Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.

• Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

• Knowledge of tools like Remedy, Zendesk etc. would be added advantage.

• Knowledge of defect tracking tools like TFS, QC, JIRA, Bugzilla etc. would be added advantage.

• Proven technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

• Content Types, Metadata, List, Library, Versioning, Publishing Site, Team Site, Site, Site Collection etc.
