Essential Job Responsibilities:

On boarding of new business opportunities, retain & grow existing business & achieving set business targets as per organization policy.

Targets attached to self as per company policy and industry benchmark.

Identification of potential business opportunities in customers existing supply chain process & design need-based solutions offerings opting PSA BDP’s in house various product offerings.

Build and maintain strong business opportunities & maintain healthy sales Pipeline keeping customers engagement at priority by maintaining long-lasting customer relationships.

Focused approach to sell all product lines across verticals not restricting to Ocean, Air freight forwarding but leveraging on companies in house product strengths like Customs clearance, Contract Logistics, Port+ Solutions, CFS, Trade compliance, LLP, Multimodal solutions, Surface transport, Digital tools.

Work closely with respective stake holders across product vertical as well as Industrial vertical heads based out of various regions and Globe for necessary customer engagement through joint meetings, delivering industry specific presentations & penetrating PSA BDP & Group solution offering what could be an differentiating factor for customer in their existing supply chain process.

Engage the Pricing team/ Warehouse/CHB team/Operations team for necessary business support.

Adhere to companies FCPA policies and guideline while on boarding any new business. Ensuring that all sales activities comply with government norms as per industry and company policies.

Assisting RSM for the development and implementation of various modules effectively at regional level as per requirement.

Assisting sales team with necessary guidance, joint sales visit & account onboarding process.

Effective trade, various industry exhibition participation and demonstrating PSA BDP & group services to new customer and industry various stake holders.

Monitoring industry trends, market conditions, competition/Carriers (Shipping lines, NVOCC, Freight Brokers) trends affecting directly/indirectly PSA BDP existing, pipeline business opportunities.

Ensuring CRM tool (Salesforce) is updated with all customers data, opportunities, events, closed wins & validation of new business wins along with finance team for necessary validation. Add/delete business accounts with immediate/no business opportunities over 180 days.
