• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Complies with state and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Accounts Payable: An accounts payable division creates vendors’ accounts and pays their invoices. The time from invoice receipt until payment, the number of invoices with errors, the time taken to match an invoice to a purchase order, the time taken to resolve an error, the total discounts taken for paying a vendor according to terms and the total discounts lost because of late payments. Other indicators involve invoice amounts, such as low, medium and high value invoices, average invoice value, and value of invoices paid for weekly, monthly and yearly cycles.
• Accounts Receivable: A company’s accounts receivable division manages the money that keeps the business running. A company can forecast its cash flow by tracking time-bound, such as days to set up a new account and the amounts owed that are 30, 60 or 90 days old. A business may track the number of accounts backed by personal guarantees, the amount of receivables turned over to a collection agency, the cases that go to litigation and collection costs as a percentage of receivables.
• Reporting: A flexible, robust reporting system is essential for monitoring. Account Management is the easiest sales organization department when it comes to tracking performance. Account Management teams tend to have a much more static daily process than sales and marketing teams, and their effectiveness is easier to spotlight. Account Management, at the end of the day, should be all about responsiveness, problem-solving efficiency and relationship-building. The basic parameters for Activity, Objective and Money ball Metrics are also much easier to follow.

• Overview complete day to day accounting.
• B/R, B/P, Cash flow, Fund Flow.
• Monthly Trail Balance.
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly, all types of compliances (Direct and Indirect Taxes).
• Need to prepare Up-to-date schedules for Assets and Liabilities.
• Co-ordination with Chartered Accountant for balance sheet and other compliances.
• Co-ordination with Company Secretary for ROC Return filing and other compliances.
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Fund Management.
• Site Accounting.
• Finalization of Balance Sheets
• Prepare performance indicators for Retaining Customers.
• Prepare performance indicators for Strengthening Relationships.
• Prepare performance indicators for Growing Revenue.
