Reporting to MD
Location : Karnataka and seating in Bangalore
Salary : No limits for better candidate
Experience : 20+ Years, Preferably from Automobiles(Commercial Vehicles, Tractor, Tyre & construction Machinery industries and Sales and Marketing background
Responsibilities
Ø Manage sales, service & spares.
Ø Support annual budgeting .
Ø Ensuring the profitability of unit.
Ø Co-ordinating with principal company .
Ø Monthly meetings with operations team.
Ø Supervising operation MIS to MD & Principal company.
Ø Improvement of market share & volume
Ø Co-ordinating with support functions -Finance, IT & HR.
Ø Monitor status of accounts receivable with finance controller, recommended deviation from credit policy in identified cases to VECV/internal finance controller in order to ensure collection of receivables as per policy.
Ø Responsible for customer satisfaction, key accounts management, workshop management, post sales service or customer compliant report, training and quality management and people management.
Ø And also responsible for dealer development and expansion of service infrastructure and warranty and service administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹3,500,000.00 – ₹4,000,000.00 per year
