At PTC, we don’t just imagine a better world, we enable it.Manager, Global Procurement and Contracts AdministrationLocation: Pune – IndiaPTC is seeking a high-preforming Manager of Global Procurement to lead a Procurement and Contracts Administration team in Pune, India. The role will be part of the Global Source to Procure (S2P) team within the Global Controllership team in Finance and report directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement. Our team touches everyone at PTC that interacts with a supplier, purchases something be it goods or services. We are a transforming organization and focused on service excellence, efficiency, and standardization in our global processes.The role will be responsible for managing the administrative activities associated with the Procurement of goods and services, contract management process and policy and the administration of our pCard and Corporate Credit Card Programs. The Manager will work with peers globally on the transformation of the organization, systems, tools and processes related to the functional area of responsibility. The ideal candidate thinks long term, drives multiple initiatives, communicates appropriately, and works with the COE members to drive continuous improvement and development and improvement of skills and competencies of the team. The candidate will have experience and be accountable for creating and delivering Metrics and reports, ensuring quality and adherence to policy and compliance. To be successful in this role you will be analytical, have a passion of delivering a quality service, think strategically and globally; exhibit curiosity and learning, have a sense of urgency to meet customer expectations, succeed in a fast-paced environment; and have a high level of customer focus and business judgement.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for leading a team of Purchasing and Contract AdministratorsResponsible for global Purchase Order compliance with internal policies, rules, and proceduresResponsible for global contract administration and management (executing, naming, delivering, and storing of contracts) of Global Contracts repositoryResponsible for Global Supplier setup in procurement system and management of Supplier database including data integrity and reportingGlobal management of P-card purchasing programGlobal management of Corporate card program. Coordinating and optimizing procurement team activities, methods, tools and processesSystem support and delivering enablement for internal stakeholders regarding systems and processes related to Procurement and Contract AdministrationResponsible for maintaining PTC Purchasing intranet site (The Hub)Responsible for maintaining accurate Procurement SOX NarrativesResponsible for creating and maintain procedures, work instructions and policies Resolve escalations related to systems, internal customers, and suppliers Partner with Peers and teams in S2P in support of projects, sourcing events and initiativesSupport and partner with Accounts Payable management to improve supplier and internal customer issues and inquiriesProvide timely and accurate metrics and KPI reporting.Preferred Skills and Knowledge:Fluent English skills (writing, speaking, and reading)Good commercial/business competences and relevant comprehension of spend categories, spend structure, international procurement of goods and servicesChange management skillsetOpen minded, dynamic personality with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strategical, analytic way of thinking and very organized, process oriented and autonomous way of workingMust be punctual, organized, motivated, multitasking, problem solving and detail orientedQuick learner and problem solverAbility to perform with minimum supervision, as well as within a teamStrong Customer Service Orientation and Business AcumenPreferred Experience:4 years of Global Procurement and Contract administration management experience Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodology is a plusSolid computer skills (Microsoft Office) is a mustExperiences with Oracle system is a plusBasic Qualifications:BS in Business Administration of equivalent work experience (2-4 years)Experience managing under Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and performance metrics
