Main Purpose:
Administration of Accounts Receivable function
Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Account Receivable Management
- Payment allocation to the customer account
- Ensure that unallocated cash is well explained
- Application of payments in the customer account
- Compiling account statements
- Follow up of rejected transactions
- Compiling of the direct debit file
- Assist Credit analyst with the reconciliation of customer accounts
- Prepare reports on the status of credit and collection activities to minimize outstanding debt.
Experience
- Degree Educated or equivalent
- Similar position held in the past is a plus
- Demonstrable numeracy Skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- ERP system experience (Preferred)
- Governance and internal control
- Previous reporting experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to multi-task; detail oriented
- Responsible with good work ethics
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive and professional phone demeanour
- Exceptional organizational skills
