Responsibilities Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Communicating with internal teams to resolve customer issues Providing information about products and services to customers Processing customer orders and returning merchandise Investigating and resolving customer concerns and complaints Keeping accurate records of customer interactions Adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Prior customer service experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment Flexibility to work non-traditional hours if needed.
