Job Role: Account Manager- Social Media/ Content Marketing

Years of Experience- 2-4 years

Job Description:

• Understand the client’s needs and business objectives, and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.

• Smooth day-to-day handling of clients and ensuring proper coordination between the client and delivery teams.

• A clear understanding of all major social media platforms and ensuring proper implementation of social media ideas and strategies on a regular basis.

• Participate in effective and efficient cross-functional interaction to deliver client success within the agency.

• Prioritize and manage clients’ expectations as they change from time to time.

• Develop a good working relationship with key influencers within clients’ organizations.

• Build some insight into the client’s business vertical so that from time to time, you are able to share insights and trends. At least one communication of this nature should be sent monthly.

• Creating social media monthly reports to analyze the performance of the client’s pages on various platforms and understand the way forward for the next month.

• Be part of internal brainstorming sessions to share concepts and ideas as per the client’s requirement.

• Ensuring any brief, other than regular day-to-day activity, is communicated effectively to the entire team.

• Get client testimonials and regular feedback from clients under your radar.

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
