Job Overview Instructional Designer with Authoring Tool experience and Quality Review skills
Requirements Level of experience: 4-6 years
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above (Masters in English/Communicative English/Mass Communication or Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design preferred)
Knowledge of tools: MS office suite, Google Suite, Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise (intermediate to Advanced level), Captivate, GoMo (optional)
Industry experience: 4-6 years in instructional design or instructional technology
Technical capability: Should have a basic knowledge of ADDIE, Instructional Design theories, Bloom’s Taxonomy, needs analysis, storyboarding, accessibility compliant content creation, visualization, authoring using development tools, client communication, familiar with Agile framework and SME interaction
Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the learning industry latest trends, eye for details, flexibility to adapt to new situations, strong verbal and written communication skills, consulting abilities, proven track record collaborating within a team environment
Graphic Designer and eLearn Developer –Senior Associate I & II (4-6 years of experience)

Requirements Level of experience: 4-6 years and above
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above/relevant degree or certification
Knowledge of tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office (Specially PowerPoint), Google Slides, Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, GoMo (optional), (Audition/Audacity) and motion graphic (Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects etc.)
Industry experience: At least 4-6 years in graphic design and eLearn authoring
Technical capability: Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, follow the visual storyboard, creating and reviewing images and layouts using design software, understanding design scopes, studying ID briefs and determining requirements, following latest design trends and emerging technologies, authoring and reviewing WBTs, formatting and branding ILTs/VLTs, creating accessibility compliant course design, client communication, SME interaction, testing of output packages in multiple devices for complete functionality
