Our Acceleration Center team is responsible for developing programs and initiatives directed at designing, developing, and implementing a robust Business Process Management Solutions Platform to enable effective scalability and sound management of PwC’s Acceleration Center operations on a worldwide scale. Leading Edge Asset Creator -Senior Associate Details about the role: For our innovation hub – “The Leading Edge” at PwC Acceleration Centers, we need motivated and creative talent to perform the following duties:

• Building innovative assets & solutions: Incubate new product ideas and define its vision and roadmap. independently own its development through a team of technical and functional resources;
• Publishing industry thought leadership on internal and external platform to build PwC brand in emerging spaces;
• Building relationships with senior partners and run market campaigns / roadshows to win sales pursuits;
• Conducting research and generate insights on latest market themes and industry trends to build a pipeline of revenue and demand;
• Leading firm wide initiatives such as hackathons and patent programs to inculcate the culture of innovation
• Experience:5 to 8 Years
• Preferred Qualifications :
  Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree
  Additional Educational Preferences: MBA from top tier institution or post-graduation in the fields of economics, engineering, data science, business/finance, or a similar discipline. Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
• Building innovative assets & solutions, incubating new product ideas and defining its vision and roadmap; while independently owning its development through a team of technical and functional resources;
• Publishing industry thought leadership on internal and external platform to build PwC brand in emerging spaces;
• Building relationships with senior partners and running market campaigns / roadshows to win sales pursuits;
• Conducting research and generating insights on latest market themes and industry trends to build a pipeline of revenue and demand;
• Leading firm wide initiatives such as hackathons and patent programs to inculcate the culture of innovation;
• Possessing entrepreneur spirit, enhanced personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness;
• Exhibiting experience in think tanks / innovation labs / strategic consulting engagements in idea incubation, innovation, product development, new markets, digital transformation, new market development, digital transformation, emerging technology (AI/ML, Blockchain, Analytics), etc;
• Understanding of major market shifts and technology trends in at least a few industries to build a pipeline of client revenue and demand;
• Showcasing ability to write compelling and concise industry-focused thought leadership;
• Having a flair for data analysis, building intelligence and insights using tools like MS Excel Data Analytics, Google suite of tools & Tableau / PowerBI;
• Exhibiting familiarity with opportunity lifecycle & sales enablement process;
• Driving skills at project management;
• Utilizing verbal and written English communication and presentation skills;
• Engaging with international clients in a multicultural environment; and,
• Working well with senior stakeholders and leaders across industries.
