Job Description & Summary

The OCI Security Admin will be responsible for end-end implementation of overall security posture across OCI services adhering the best practices principles and guidelines.

OCI Security Admin

Experience – 6 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
Follow Cloud Security Posture best practices

Implement Oracle Cloud Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)

Verify/ Capture Segregation of Duties and Logical Access violations

Implement and support the delivery of services with respect to security offerings related to cloud security

Work with technical and business units across the organization as a security reference point, offering advice, support, and guidance on all a wide range of security issues

Provide technical guidance to the infrastructure and systems team to enforce cloud security controls

Deploying, migration to and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security

Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application security issues

Provide guidance to and assists in training less experienced IT Security Specialists and help further develop Cloud Security skills and delivery capabilities
Technical Experience:
Experience setting up and managing in Edge Services and Web Application Firewalls and Rules

Experience in implementing and managing Network Firewalls – Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet and Network Security, Load Balancers etc.
Exposure to Content Filtering: Bluecoat, Websense, McAfee, Iron Port

Exposure and understanding of AAA security framework – Control network access, enforce policies etc.

Experience on Vulnerability Scanning, Scanning Reports, Scan recipes, Penetration Testing Tools

Provision and Manage Vaults – HSM, Keys, secrets

Cloud Guard – Recommendations, Threat monitoring, Responder Activities etc.

Experience and exposure in setting up various Security Zones and policies

Aware of OCI and other Threat Intelligence tools

Perform Compliance, Auditing and Access Management

Certificates – Create SSL/TLS root CA, Certificates, Import Security Certificates etc.

Cloud/Security certification desired
