Key Responsibilities

Junior Level (2–3 years):

• Support senior project/program managers in planning and delivery of cybersecurity projects
• Coordinate technical meetings, manage project documentation, and maintain trackers
• Assist in issue tracking, risk logging, and reporting
• Facilitate communication across internal security, IT, and compliance teams

Mid-Level (3–6 years):

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects/programs (e.g., vulnerability management, identity and access management, DLP, SOC transformation, etc.)
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality across technical workstreams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors
• Drive stakeholder engagement, status reporting, risk escalation, and change management
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements
• Report on project performance using dashboards and analytical tools

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Junior: 1–3 years in cybersecurity project coordination or technical PM support roles
• Mid-Level: 3–6 years in end-to-end cybersecurity project/program delivery
• Consulting experience strongly preferred (must-have for mid-level roles)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• MBA or Master’s preferred for mid-level roles

Certifications:

• Junior: CAPM or equivalent (preferred), PMP in progress
• Mid-Level: PMP (required), Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP), technical certs (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus

Tools/Software:

• Experience with PM tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Smartsheet
• Familiarity with cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, DLP, vulnerability scanners) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI for reporting and analytics

Methodologies:

• Junior: Exposure to Agile/Scrum and waterfall
• Mid-Level: Proficient in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid models

Key Skills:

• Junior: Strong communication, scheduling, and coordination
• Mid-Level: Stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, change control
• Ability to translate technical cybersecurity requirements into actionable plans

• Education Qualification:
• B.Tech/MCA/MBA with IT background/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science
