• Requirements Gathering, Stakeholder Management, Documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Process Analysis, Testing Support (UAT), Change Management.
• Jira & Confluence proficiency.
• IT Project Coordination, SDLC knowledge, Agile/SAFe experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Lucidchart, UX Design basics, wireframing.
• Cloud basics, data analysis, APIs.
• IT business integration experience.
• Cross-geography collaboration.
• Strong teamwork and learning ability.
• Independent, self-starter, can operate with minimal supervision.
