Responsibilities

• Support in management of initiatives/schemes by establishing processes for designing and implementing ICT portals.
• Assist in monitoring key government initiatives/schemes implementation
• Support in development of a robust data collection mechanism
• Identify key parameters for inclusive growth and development using ICT tools.
• Periodically evaluate various reforms/schemes to identify priority sectors and suggest new interventions.
• Perform data analysis for insights and report preparation for informed decision-making.
• Facilitate coordination & communication with key stakeholders with stakeholders to gather data related to the implementation of schemes.
• Assist in improving processes for data management to enhance planning and decision-making.
• Help implement plans to track goals and performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Provide inputs on governance and reporting to improve internal operations and service delivery.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Minimum 3 years of Consulting experience, preferably in Government sector
• Should have experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management etc.
• Experience of working with Government (Central, State, PSUs/ULBs etc.) / related agencies is preferred
• Experience of working with Ministry/ Departments / their agencies / offices will be an added advantage; preference will be given to candidates who have worked with multiple States/UTs and/or Government of India Ministries/Departments
• Experience in formulating mechanisms of data gathering, collation, validation, reporting and analysis to streamline planning and decision-making process, especially at the apex level
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous past experience of monitoring, evaluation and learning related to Government schemes, programmes etc

Preferred skill sets:

• Transformative Governance through Citizen Centric Service Delivery
• Assist in monitoring of Government schemes and initiatives, capacity building initiatives and monitoring support
• Design and implement various data collection mechanism for scheme monitoring
• Assistance in coordination with Various Authorities / Agencies

Years of experience required:

• Min 3 years of relevant work experience.

Education qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA or equivalent
