Designation: – Accounts Executive

Qualification: – B.Com

Experience: – 1 to 5 yrs

Salary: – 1 Lac to 2 Lac P/a (Depends on experience)

Venue : – S-79,Okhla Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi – 110020

Responsibilities: –

Ø Preparation of all type manual voucher i.e. Cash, Bank and Journal & Purchase Vouchers.

Ø Finalization of Inventory, Reconciliation of Creditors & Debtors Ledger.

Ø Have to prepare data ready for provisional balance sheet.

Ø Preparation of various Accounting Reports like Ageing Analysis, Income & Expenditure

Statements, Bank Reconciliation Statements etc.

Ø Preparation & Maintenance of statutory books of accounts in Tally ERP 9.

Ø General Ledger Scrutiny and expenses details preparation, BRS, Maintenance Maintenance record.

Ø Preparation TDS.

Ø Making Salary ( salary sheet and slips), deduction of the employees on Excel sheet.

Ø Maintain Statutory Compliance as PF, ESIC, etc.

Ø Filling online monthly PF challans and deposit with the authorized bank before 15th of following month.

Ø Filling online monthly ESI challans and deposit with the authorized bank.

Ø Prepare ESI half yearly return and deposit concerned Regional office.
