Qualification: Graduation in relevant field

Roles and Responsibility:

 Conducts training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures,

workflow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks.

 Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements

 Produce training schedules and classroom agenda

 Determine course content according to objectives

 Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)

 Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.

 Observe and evaluate the results of training programs

 Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

 Trained students in specific domains & help them in project development

 Designs and develop training manuals & Syllabus as per industry requirements

 Evaluates training by evaluating the effectiveness of training for specific job applications.

Skills Required:

 Proven experience as a technical trainer

 Experience in designing technical course content

 Outstanding communication skills

 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
