The person will be responsible for office supplies, CDC procurement, reception and guest experience. Provide a range of administrative, logistical and organizational support to the CDC Ahmedabad. Manage and evaluate administrative requests in the department and ensure all are within corporate guidelines, including but not limited to PO, contracts management linked to the procurement process, manpower movements (SRFs/ interviews/ SMAs), Night Shift transport, Roster Management support, visitor management, back-up to Facility officer. Represent CDC through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts. Support projects linked to CDC initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience
Previous experience in a fast-moving, multi-task environment
Prior experience in working in Airline business environment is a plus
Solid Knowledge Of Office Procedures Preferred

Excellent planning and time management.
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to self-organize, manage time, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Highly organized, effective at project management and can manage conflicting priorities.
