Qatar Airways Looking For HR Co-ordinator – Temporary (6 months) at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Full Time

HR coordinator will be responsible for all employee-related data management including employee records. They may be tasked with maintaining records of candidate information, attendance details and data related to the employee experience within the workplace. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including data maintenance, files and registers under statutory regulations and HRMS entry.

Accountabilities

• Perform clerical HR tasks like receiving OCS documents, sending courier, scanning documents, checking medical bills of employees etc.
• File documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assist or prepare correspondence for stakeholders and employees as requested.
• Prepare new-employee and separation files.
• Processes emails related to HR admin and operation tasks.
• Perform service functions by actioning employee requests and questions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years relevant experience in HR Coordinator role in fast paced environment
• Experience in supporting recruitment activities, investigations, grievance and disciplinary matters and providing HR advice to Line Managers on company policies and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and other government compliance regulations e.g., health and safety.
• Exposure to HRMS such as Oracle
• Airline experience will be an added advantage.
