Job Description

Experience: 1-4 Years.
:
Design (calculations, schedules, specifications, drawings) of HVAC, Plumbing equipment related to Building Mechanical projects.
. Proficient in use of typical HVAC design software from Carrier, Trane or equal.
. Ability to perform pump and pipeline sizing for plumbing systems.
. Life cycle cost analysis, drawing production and report writing.
. The candidate shall have a strong background in Health Care Projects.
. The candidate should have experience with the latest versions of AutoCAD and Mechanical Engineering Design Software, including Revit MEP.
. The candidate must be able to work well independently and to manage a team of mechanical engineering technologists and engineers to successfully deliver projects on time and in budget.
. Working knowledge of Energy Simulation Programs and MS Office is required.
. Demonstrated Proficiency with International Building Codes and Standards, including the International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, NFPA, BS8301, and ASHRAE requirements.
. Demonstrated proficiency in specification writing in CSI Master Format.
. The candidate is expected to regularly attend Client meetings in online platforms, and give presentations on their area of expertise,

. Competent level of baseline skills, i.e. professional and confident with the essential, basic business and communication skills that are required for career growth in all positions.
. Experience of Middle East projects will be an added advantage
. Travel & other job demands
The following skills will be very useful*
. Ability to read P&ID drawings, basic understanding of Instrumentation and Controls.
. Basic knowledge of CAD/BIM software like Revit MEP, Auto CAD.
