Job Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
• Sales experience will be an added advantage
• Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life – Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

Working Days: 8 hours of 6 days work week (Rotational)

Work Location: Gurgaon (Should be comfortable with 2 more clinics in Delhi)

Shift Timings: 8 hours between 8 AM and 8 PM (should be flexible with all three shifts i.e. 8AM-4PM, 10PM-6PM & 12PM-8PM

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
