Qi Spine Hiring for Customer Service – Outbound at Mumbai Full Time

Shift timings: 8.5 hours daily in a cycle of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities and Duties

• Convert Leads into Appoitments
• Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
• Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fix the first consultation
• Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value
• Understand callers conditions and empathise helping them with appointments.
• Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.

Required skillset: Min 2 yrs experience into BPO outbound voice process (Must have handled atleast 150 connected calls a daily basis)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
