• Over see operations of Finance department, set goals and objectives , design a frame work by implementing appropriate Policies, Systems , processes and procedures.
• Implement appropriate control systems , monitoring methods and approval procedures , so that , Finance department functions are well defined , well managed and improves the overall financial effectiveness of the company.
• Generating Financial Reports for investors and shareholders, liaison for fund generation . Put a suitable system for review /feedback to the investors and shareholders and work to fulfill the aspirations of these key players of the organization.
• Auditing and analyzing company expenses by collaborating with the various departments and initiate interventions by way of a system to control the expenditure within the agreed Budget.
• Advising company Managers and Directors on financial goals and strategies and put a plan of action to fulfill the companies financial aspirations.
• Advise the Management on which goals are realistic and point out the major risks or benefits to each of the project.
• Evolve a periodical Review mechanism and track finance and revenue and advise the Management for future investments and projects.
• Evolve a system to establish company budgets and expenses and forecast the same keeping in view the companies Financial standing.
• Analyze costs, pricing ,variable components ,sales results –company’s performance compared to Business Goals.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and advise the Management and set targets for savings .
• Prepare and manage Company Budget , Balance sheet /P&L and make strategies and plans to ensure the Financial health of the company.
• Liaise with Auditors and ensure appropriate monitoring of company’s finance.
• Liaison with various other Departments and stack-holders , discussing company financial plans and agreeing in future Plans /Paths.
• Create a robust system for finance reviews and feedback ,Finance training where ever required.
• Create and execute a sound Road Map for financial growth of the company.

SKILLSETS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

1.Proven experience as Finance Manager /Sr.Manager FIn,.

2.Excellent exposure in the Finance vertical with a Role such as FINANCE ANALYST. Excellent knowledge on the various critical systems, procedure and reports related to Finance and Accounts

3.Extensive knowledge /understanding of financial trends both within the company and in the chosen market /segment.

4.Proficiency in Finance software /ERP SYSTEM

5.Strong interpersonal skills ,communication skills and presentation skills and Reporting.

6.Able to lead and guide a team and ensure appropriate finance processes are used and followed without any deviation.

7.A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

8.Good knowledge on statutory compliance ,various returns , contracts and other renewals.

9.Sound knowledge of Balance sheets ,P&L and projections and interpretations.

10.Sound knowledge on Banking and other related matters .

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
