Overview:
Job Summary:
The principal function of this position is to plan, install, maintain, support, and administer enterprise applications and solutions. This position requires an individual with creative intelligence able to develop multiple alternative solutions based on encountered challenges. Being calm and collected while under pressure is an essential trait. Due to the nature of the department, it will require regular and confidential communication with a wide variety of internal and external individuals. The ability to be professional in a casual environment is essential. The ability to accurately prioritize duties is critical. This position may necessitate occasional heavy lifting and some work outside of normal business hours. The ability to work independently within the defined framework is a must. Some travel required domestic and international.

General End User Support/Helpdesk
Enterprise User Provisioning:
Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/AD Connect/Group Policy
Modify/Adds/Changes to user, security groups, distribution lists
Group Policy/Intune
Network Permissions
Network and Voice:
Configure Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls (ASA and Meraki)
Administer DNS, DHCP
Maintain LAN/WAN/MPLS/IPSEC/SD-WAN/VPN
Wireless and Access Point: Cisco WLC, Meraki
Cisco Call Manager and Call Manager Express Administration
Ensure the proper cable management and organization of network and server racks
Security and Safety:
Endpoint Protection: Monitor and respond to threats (Crowdstrike, Microsoft, Cisco)
Intrusion Detection: Monitor and respond to Firewall and IDS alerts
Web Filtering/Security: Monitor and adjust filtering rules (ForcePoint, Cisco)
Building Access and Security Camera: Administer and maintain infrastructure for the company Security/Alarm and Camera monitoring solution.
Maintain SSL Certificates through the enterprise
Enterprise Systems:
Operating Systems: Install, Administer, Patch, Upgrade, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Windows Server, RHEL, Ubuntu.
Enterprise Backup/Disaster Recovery: Synology, QNAP, Azure Backup, Cloud Storage
Enterprise Server Hardware: Install, Administer, Monitor, Troubleshoot HP Proliant and Dell Servers
Enterprise Storage: Install, Administer, Monitor, Troubleshoot NetApp, Synology, QNAP, NFS/FC/ISCSI
Server Virtualization: Install, Configure, Maintain VMWare vSphere and ESXi
Administer Cloud Infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google
Messaging/Collaboration:
Enterprise Messaging Systems: Administer Exchange On-Premise, Exchange Online, Mimecast filtering and archive
Maintain DKIM, SPF, DMARC records
Mail Services & Connectors: Configure and Troubleshoot mail connectors, SMTP relay, Secure E-Mail
Maintain and administer collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.
Teamwork/Communication/Leadership:
Must be able to work with a global team across time zones
Strong verbal and written communication skills to update the global team
Strong time management and planning skills
Ability to work within a team or independently on projects
Be able to lead a team through implementation of new technologies
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or at least 5+ years of System Administration experience.
Must have Certifications or 5+ years of advanced administration of Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, NetApp in a global company.

Cisco UC and UCCX
Cisco Wireless WLC/Meraki
Netgear Enterprise Switches
Enterprise Server OS: Windows, Linux (RHEL and Ubuntu)
Enterprise Server Hardware: HPE, Dell
Enterprise Storage: Netapp, Synology, QNAP (NAS/SAN/FC/NFS)
Desktop and Mobile OS: Windows, Mac/iOS, Android
Virtualization and Hypervisors: VMWare, Hyper-V
Microsoft: Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, O365, Intune
SSO/SAML and Azure Active Directory
E-Mail Security: Mimecast Filtering/Secure E-Mail/Archiving
Cloud Providers: Azure, AWS, Google
Network Protocols: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, OSI, FTP, SFTP
Web Servers: IIS, Apache, NGINX, WebLogic
Experience managing, issuing, revoking SSL Certificates and PKI
Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise backups & storage
Well-developed oral and written communication skills with solid time management skills
Familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite
Experience with building infrastructure low voltage cabling.
Knowledge of planning, designing, and implementation of new office builds or office relocations.
