Role Definition
Business Development Executive is responsible for setting up meetings with relevant person / Manager in the end company. Meeting with decision maker persons in the company and generate Sales.
Responsibility & Deliverable
1. Data sourcing through different channels and management in CRM
2. Tele calls to generate meetings and Prospects.
3. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into Sales.
4. Generate meetings with proper decision maker person
5. Develop Prospecting, Presentation & Selling Skills
6. Make Sales by developing the capacity in self.
7. Quotation & related information given immediately to the Company
8. Follow up of the hot leads and convert them into Purchase order
9. Manage all data in CRM and coordinate with the sales team on field
10. Give immediate response for On Field Sales Team.
11. Manage Indiamart and other website data and phone calls and reply immediate and keep follow up.
Tasks & Activities
Data Sourcing and Management
1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Google search, Other online channels, Google Map LinkedIn, Fundoodata Etc. to get the decision maker.
2. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization\
Into CRM software.
Tele – Calling
3. Making cold calling to new customers and generating the positive leads @20 per day and make the Sale through call by providing the product information and details to customer by call and Email. Make the Follow-up calls and convert the prospect into Lead.
4. Sales Meetings—
5. Preparing for meetings via structural research about target client. And assign meetings to On field Sales Executive.
6. Write emails professionally to share company profile or any write Email quotation and catalogues information the prospective client seeks about the company.
7. Being the communication bridge between the prospective client Business Development team make coordination smoothly and build rapport with customer & clarify the –Why We are working?
8. Daily assign 04 positive confirm meetings to on field Sales Executive. Also support Sales Executive for Quotations and other sales support.
Sending Quotations and Emails
9. As per analysis and data getting through call and mail prepare the right item quotation in CRM and send to customer
10. Presentation prepare and Objection handling and create Win Win situation.
11. Maintain profitability Index as per Management guidelines
12. Follow up and keep the relationship with the clients.
Manage Post Sales activities-
13. Communicate with the customer about the material delivery and payment follow-ups
14. Notice problems faced to customer post Sales and solve smoothly.
15. If any complaints from customer-coordinate with Service Team.
16. Make feedback call and take reference customers and note it in CRM
17. Maintain long term relationship with customer through Call & Email in specific intervals.
