Job Definition
We are looking for a Self-Driven, Energetic and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new Sales prospects/ Leads and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s Sales Targets to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Sourcing potential New customers/ Leads and find out the exact need of the customer by understanding the need.
· Make QUALIS ENGG presentation to the Customer and aware them what we do ? Why us ? How we can give you Solution?

· Submitting the end customer feedback and details through CRM
· Demonstrate products and educating potential customers about the functions of the product and options available for customer application.
· Create presentation based on the client requirements.
· Suggest solutions and knowledge about the advantages of particular services, equipment or products
· Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and closing sales
· Advising customers of updates and new technologies
· Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products
· Putting together proposals and documents
· Maintain data and all reports in CRM Software only
· Travelling to and attending meetings
· Meeting Sales targets.
Tasks & Activities
Data Sourcing and Management
· Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Google search, Other online channels, Google Map LinkedIn, Fundoodata Etc. to get the decision maker.
· Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization\Into CRM software.
Sales Meetings–
· Prepare for meetings via strategical research about the Target customers
· Having effective Sales Meeting in order to –
· Understand the Customer Products and its application and his current pain points
· Understand the Pain points and suggest Quails Purpose & presentation and solutions for it.
· Generate the Sales (requirements) from the customer
Sales Proposals-
· Create presentations based on the customer requirements
· Create the quotations & send to customer immediately through CRM and take follow ups
· Discuss with the customer about Technical details understand and his objections handling
Sales Conversion-
· Objections handling with satisfaction to customer
· Negotiate win-win deals
· Maintain profitability Index as per Management guidelines
Customer Coordination-
· Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the customers
· Be the interface between the client and the operations Team / Service Team from the contact to completion of the project.

Qualification Required
· Diploma/ BSC / Technical Qualification
· Graduate in BBA
· MBA in Sales & Marketing
Other Requirement
· Must have two – wheeler license and two wheeler
· Must have android mobile dual sim phone for CRM
