Job summary

We are looking for a talented and competitive Telecaller Specialist that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment with a passion to create relationship with customers & work in a Hunter role to get new business for the Organization

Job Description

• Have demonstrated heavy cold calling volume
• Should have previous experience in Inside Sales & cold calling
• Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn InMails, etc.)
• Research accounts, Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers
• Generate appointments for Sales managers by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Experience in Electronic Security (CCTV), Access Control, Fire, IT networking & other System Integration Solution Sales is preferred
• Ability to work with channel partners to build pipeline, get prices for OEM’s products & convert into RFP responses
• Should be able to generate proposals against clients RFP’s & Requirements & support sales manager in closing deals by actively getting involved in negotiation with OEM’s & Vendors.
• Should be able to work &achieve quarterly quotas.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• 2-6 years mandatory prior Pre Sales experience ( with in Security (CCTV), Access Control, Fire, IT networking & other System Integration Solution is a plus
• Hard-working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona
• The candidate should be a competitive, self-motivated individual with a strong desire to win
• An opportunity spotter, able to gather requirements and understand concepts and ideas clearly
• Ability to work with OEM’s & Vendors and create response against Customer’s requirements

Job Location – New Delhi

Salary – 20K to 30K Per Month

Experience Required – 2 to 6 years

Immediate joiners with exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be given preference.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
