We are looking to hire Female candidates for the Tele-caller Executive/Manager role. The person should have a minimum of 1 yr of experience for this position.Quantum Paper – Gujarat’s No.1 educational company in higher Secondary education having 50,000+ Teachers and 5 Lakh + Students. Most well-known publishers join us as we digitize their books and give them fabulous popularity in the Market. Students and Teachers from Std 9 to 12 use our apps for Digital Teaching, Digital Learning, Doubt Solving, Creating Exam Paper, Making their own videos and so on.Role and responsibilities:Tele-caller Responsibilities:

• Calling the students & teachers and updating them of the product.

• Solving queries of Teachers & Students.

• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others’ dispositions.

• Studying the details of each product and remaining abreast of updates to these products.

• Recording all inbound & outbound calls

• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

Tele-caller Eligibility ( Only Female ):

• Graduate with 1-3 yr experience

• Prior experience as a tele-caller or similar in the field of counseling or Call Centre.

• Superb verbal communication in Gujarati & Hindi.

• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

• Computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR12,000.00 – INR18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
