Roles & Responsibilities:
BE/Diploma – Mechanical/Automobile (Secondary)
2-5 years’ experience in the field of CAD modeling & detailing using Catia V5 with PLM Exp.
Experience in creating fabrication models & drawings.
Need to handle Complex casting & Forging development drawings
Expertise in using PMI environment and creating PMI models & Drawings (MBD)
Strong knowledge on manufacturing drawings creation and drawing reading skills
The use of product data management allows a company to track the various costs associated with the creation and launch of a product.
Very good knowledge on Excel and communication skills
Knowledge of Product data management and handling change management process including Configuration management.
Focus is on managing and tracking the creation, change and archive of all information related to a product.
Product data management (PDM) serves as a central knowledge repository for process and product history and promotes integration and data exchange among all business users who interact with products — including project managers, engineers, sales, buyers, and quality assurance teams.
Knowledge on the Geometric dimension & Tolerance and Welding
Familiarity/Understanding of industry codes and standards such as ASME Y14.5
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Leading and mentoring the team
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
