Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing / Engineering Product training deliverables that include but are not limited to blended learning materials, job aids, video, /audio scripts, accreditation/assessment/certification exam questions.

• Excellentverbal and written communication abilities including skills in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers.

• A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a globally distributed team.

• Manage all assigned design solutions from conception to conclusion while working on multiple projects at a time.

• Knowledge of technology-based design/development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite etc

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to source materials and re-imagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences by using the best practices of adult learning methodologies.

• Utilize various multimedia technologies, including blended learning and gamification, to build a successful learning environment for different user personas.

• Develop storyboards, audio scripts, graphics concepts to create Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI).

• Other duties may be assigned.
