PI-AF Engineering & Automation Support

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate

• Well Production surveillance data

• Surveillance data from proprietary calculation engines

• Working with S&O databases, Models and SharePoint

• Use/Maintain custom visualization screens for RTD usage (e.g. Tableau/Seeq)

• Supporting Dev. teams with PI data setup in Dev environment

• PI-AF template creation and maintenance using P&IDs from fields

• PI tag creation using P&IDs, logic changes

• Interface with EMSDB team to get required mappings

• Assist research Agile team in development of production engineering software by,

• Capturing daily/weekly reports and status of the deployed software across multiple Pus

• Monitor status of software in different environments (development/production)

• Create and maintain up-to-date support documentation and troubleshooting logs

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Candidates with background in IT/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or related disciplines

• Experience of working with PI data; Basic understanding of databases and experience in OSI PI/ PI-AF , PI System analyst

• Certifications from OSI is an added advantage.

• Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau and excel

• Knowledge of software development practices is a plus

• Good communication and organizational skills
