Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and approve the static F&DT stress substantiation analysis and reports using established standards and working procedures

• Thorough understanding of the regulatory and certification requirements

• Cascading the customer’s product and process requirements to Engineering Team

• Provide solutions to queries & clarifications raised by offshore team in agreement with customer requirements

• Ensure all solutions satisfy customer requirements, support this by ensuring delivery of high quality F&DT justifications to time, cost and quality requirements

• Handle a team of 15 to 20 Engineers

• Mentoring and guiding the junior Engineers

• F&DT Capability building

• Support on the Technical Proposal preparation.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Good working experience on ATA 53/57

• At least 12+ years of Experience in F&DT Analysis of Fuselage Structure using a broad range of legacy and harmonized methods & tools

• Candidates holding Technical approval status earlier on ATA53/57 would be preferred.

• Expertise in F&DT Stress Analysis methods, tools & processes

• Conversant with AIRBUS methods processes & terminologies

• Min 5+ years of ISAMI tool experience

• Knowledge of certification analysis methods and procedures

• Digital and Automation capability
