Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles

• Experience utilizing Boolean search strings across multiple channels and passionate about creative sourcing.

• Identify and engage with both passive and active talent through use of Boolean, LinkedIn, Social Media, and creative search techniques.

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify, pipeline and source qualified candidates.

• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

• Responsible for organization mapping, new joiners mapping & mapping the skills v/s. target companies.

• Screening the potential candidates through telephonic interviews; negotiating compensation packages; checking references; coordinating technical managerial interviews;

• Ensure to complete the selection and hiring process on time

• Real-time applicant tracking system data management

• Proactively initiate recruiting trends enabling recruiting effectiveness
