This role is responsible for As a Malware Research Analyst, you will identify and analyze new adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), reproduce them in Quick Heal Security Labs, In order to protect the customers and improve their defenses against those attacks. We expect the candidate should come up with an end-to-end cyber-attack chain based on strong reverse engineering skills, ability to explore large data sets in customer telemetry for advanced threat protection and strong content generation. Candidate should also have solid understanding of Windows Internals, network concepts along with understanding of sandbox technologies, and ability to analyze packet captures using tools, such as Wireshark, tcpdump, etc. Also candidate needs to have understanding of different file formats like PE, OLE, scripting languages like VB, PowerShell, JS, Shell, etc. Key Responsibilities:

• Strong hands on experience on Reverse Engineering.

• Understanding of x86/x64 assembly language and PE file format.

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system internals.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in computer security research.

• Analyze and reverse engineer malware using static and dynamic analysis tools.

• Write detection Methods and Cure Methods for blocking and cleaning malware with static and dynamic methods. Test this method against malware staticaly and dynamically

• Create technical reports and blogs on analyzed malwares.

• Contribute for ideas to automate/improve process. Contribute to achieve various product certifications.

• Analyzing of latest malware threats and provide effective generic solutions for them.

• Proactive threat hunting & analyzing of malware samples.

• Identify the requirements for process improvement and expect timely escalations.

• Reverse engineering knowledge along with hands on in debugging skill, Disassembler & other malware analysis tools.
