Full Job Description
Be the first point of contact for all HR & Admin related queries.Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes from screening to hiring. Determining suitable salaries, remuneration, negotiation and on boarding.Continuous support to new joinees to adapt to agency value system via personal counseling or training sessions.Administer HR related documentation such as contract of employment, offer letters, joining forms, exit letters, clearance certificates, experience letters and a database of all the documents.Creating KRA & KPI / job catalogues for positions.Dealing with colleges, universities, institutions and placement coordinators to set up placement drives.Employee Relations (Engagement, leave management, grievances, alternate dispute resolution and compensation).Ensuring smooth functioning of the office, making sure that office is well is stocked with necessary supplies and all the equipments are working and properly maintained.Record attendance of all the employees.Running LinkedIn/Social media ads to search candidates/ vendors.Looking after the travel of the Directors and team. Purchasing tickets, managing visa, and hotels.Looking after the landline and broadband connections.Maintaining the list of all the outgoing couriers, stationery and IT Assets.Purchasing E-Vouchers, gifts and procurement of other items as and when required by the team.Managing petty cash and out of pocket expenses incurred by the team.Manage the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, also filing complaint if required.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):What is the highest level of education you have completed?How many years of experience do you have working in Tricity?What is your current salary per month?How many years of experience do you have in handling Office Administration?Experience:total work: 5 years (Required)
