Job Description
- Develop, customize, and integrate Zoho applications
(Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and others) to
optimize operations, sales, inventory management, and customer
relationships. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and
analyze business requirements, converting them into efficient digital
solutions. - Design and implement custom workflows, reports,
dashboards, and automated processes to improve productivity and reduce
manual effort. - Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools and systems
(ERP, marketing platforms, payment gateways, etc.) using APIs, webhooks,
and Zoho Flow. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho
systems and other connected platforms.
