Job Description:

• Responsible for end-to-end activities of client management in terms of operations for the Clients allocated.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Responsible to get the feasibilities from the respective regions within agreed TAT.
• Responsible to share the Authorised CE / Crew photo details with Bank / Client as and when a change takes place.
• Responsible to ensure the LOI issued by the Bank / Clients are as per the feasibility shared.
• Responsible to process start up requests and give timely feedback to the banks on start up.
• Responsible to monitor the New Start-ups & Deactivations of customer points on monthly basis for reporting.
• Responsible for handling operational queries with due escalation to regions & coordinating with them to accomplish the same to the satisfaction of customer.
• Responsible to provide necessary training to the New Joiners.
• Responsible to guide and help the team members to resolve cash deposition & Cash delivery issues.
• Will act as back up during absence of any of the team member.
• Responsible to maintain an updated list of Active / Inactive customer details of the banks / clients allocated.
• Responsible to follow up with banks and get the stationery requirements as and when required.
• Responsible for preparing & sending the needful reports on day-to-day operations to clients / management on daily, weekly & monthly basis as required.
• Responsible to ensure the details requested by Finance / Billing is provided at the early as possible to ensure there is no delay in generating the invoices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
