Responsibilities :
Manage large amounts of Order Flow
Follow communication with Team members
Identify the order Requirement.
Check all the corrections in orders
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
You are mainly responsible for liaising with the customers and Vendors to understand their requirements
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated.
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.

Candidate Requirement

Desired profile:

The candidate must be able to create and deliver effective communication campaigns to communicate with an internal and external audience of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. He/she must have excellent connection-building skills with customers..
