The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s products and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database. Identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products and services. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call quotas. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
