Each piece of jewellery is designed with great detail and is a true symbol of excellence, thanks to in-house manufacturing and amazing design staff.Job descriptionSocial Media Specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.Responsibilities:

• Present and market the company’s products and services to prospective and current consumers.
• By the deadline, achieve the agreed-upon marketing goals.
• Respond to client questions and complaints on various social media.
• Plan the Social Media Calendar in line with short-term and long-term goals of the brands
• Shoot and edit video and photo content for Instagram and Facebook
• Write copy for Instagram and Facebook keeping in mind brand guidelines
• Publish timely content across social media
• Handle DMs and comments
• Monitor engagement for social media performance and look for ways to increase engagement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media practices and trends
• A deadline-driven, detail-oriented person.

Qualifications: Prior work experience in social media marketing and customer communication.RequirementsMinimum 2-year experience working in a similar positionTech-savvy with a prominent social presence on one or more networks

• Proven experience developing creative content for engagement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of popular social media management tools
