We’re currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our teamWe’re looking for someone with strong skills in data analysis and reporting, who has experience using Microsoft Power BI. What will you do?**
Create and analyze Salesforce reports and data

• Provide actionable insights to leadership team

• Establish and document business processes
• Work with various lines of business and stakeholders, ensuring that all business requirements are captured
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis. [Sales Insights, Revenue Forecast etc]
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with team and managerial staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. Optimization of resource management
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures & policies
• Eye to detail in terms of Reports, data management, data distribution, cost & benefit analysis, RCA etc
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related activities to support strategic and business planning within various departments
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

What will you bring to RamSoft?**
A bachelor’s degree/Diploma

• SalesForce experience and best practices
• A minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions & Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
• Should have previously worked/certified on Microsoft Power BI minimum 1 year experience, good knowledge of DAX functions & Data modelling
• Ability to create Realtime Dashboards from Sales Force will be an added advantage
• Excellent planning, organizational, reports for various cross functional teams and time management skills.
• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Detail oriented, analytical, good communication skills and inquisitive
