• Working with a range of users and stakeholders to deliver a cohesive solution
• Using Agile Dev Ops processes to accelerate meaningful change
• Being the SME for KYC or Enterprise Client Solution and Enterprise Reference Data

Own the logical data model for the technology teamT Elicit clear and concise Business Requirements from a diverse range of user groups, building consensus across multiple lines of business and geographies to determine a cohesive operating model

• Understand and validate exceptions to the business model and find simple solutions that are limited in scope and effort Experience / Requirements
• Min 10 years’ experience of being a Senior BA in Financial Services
• Experience of solving complex business problems
• Significant stakeholder management experience with previous exposure to Senior D/MD level individuals
• Data Governance expert – client and reference data:

o Logical data modelling
o Building Data dictionaries
o Application of Data lineage
o Understanding of GDPR and Data Retention Policies
