Job Description

Raptee Energy an early-stage emobility startup working on powertrain solutions primarily for nextgen commuter motorcycles. We are seeking a passionate and a driven individual to join the team at Raptee and make an immediate impact. As a Supply Chain Associate, you will support the Team Leads and the Business Development team in a number of areas, including but not limited to:

• Standardize the Product development process.
• Manage task timelines, removing bottlenecks and make sure the organization is lean.
• Documentation of all product specification sheets.
• PAPP development and standardization.
• Supplier Analysis and Sourcing.
• Pre-production planning activities.

This will be an engaging role. You will be working directly with the all the team members for fixing deadlines and splitting the tasks in weekly basis. You will be engaged in supplier analysis and find the supplier who is strategically best fit in short and long run. Your work will help create an agile and efficient process flow in Raptee Energy and has the potential to impact millions of lives. Requirements Required skills / Experience: Hardworking, motivated and not afraid to challenge your coworkers Independent, taking complete ownership of your work but most of all, a proactive get-stuff-done attitude Preferred Skills / Experience:

• Previous Industrial Engineering or Supply chain management experience through internships or as working student, ideally in the tech/automobile industry
• Passion for automobiles
• Pursuing an Industrial/Quality Engineering/Management degree
