Roles and Responsibilities:-
Coal Purchase:-
- Vessels Entry in google sheet, ( i.e. LPR, Purchase price, Sales Price, Screening Price,)
- Price Collect form Importer & Traders
- Daily basis mail to Marketing team for Rate Updation
- Need base report received from Port team Regarding Quality,
- Marketing Team Inquiry of product & check availability of the stock
- Negotiation with Importer & traders for purchase
- Finalisation of Deal & issue a D.O
Coal Sales:-
- Pricing Distribute to all Traders Vessel wise
- Customer inquiry, Negotiation,
- Competitor Rate Update
- Lead Generation with Reference/Online
- Calling traders for their Requirement, follow up,
- Lifting follow up after closing deal
- All Update through app sheet ( Timely Updation )
- Follow up Sales payment
- Coordination with payment team for payment
