About Company– Raww Gear and we invent innovative fitness apparel. We are focused on Ecommerce. Fast growing USA based Fitness Startup Raww Gear looking for a Full-time Manager. (40-50hrs/week)

We currently have 4 employees, looking to add 1 more hard working employee.

DUTIES

1) Organizing Team Meeting- Hold weekly team meetings to keep track of the work and boost morale of the team members.

2) Tracking Tasks of Employees- Ability to keep track of the employees tasks so employees meet deadlines of the project.

3) Hiring– ability to build relationships with employees. Ability to hire new employees/freelancers for the new tasks. Also replace existing employees who are underperforming.

4) Project Management- Ability to set deadlines for new projects inside the company and ability to keep momentum until projects are finished.

4) Wholesale- Handle wholesale customers.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1) Leadership- A leader is one that takes initiative and leads the way. The task of a good manager isn’t just about making sure deadlines get met, but also taking charge- by being proactive rather than reactive when issues arise or opportunities present themselves as well as providing direction for others on what needs to be done next so they know how best fit into their schedules too!

2) Computer Skills- The Figure out solutions to new issues through google and learn new softwares to improve operations.

3) Communication- Know how to deal with employees so you can motivate them to accomplish their goals. Ability to resolve issues.

4) English- Must be able to speak in English over the phone

RECOMMENDED

1) Past ecommerce experience will be a plus (optional)

2) Good writing skills .

3) Fitness background would be great. (optional)
