RBNsoft Technologies LLP Hiring for Junior Accountant at Calicut Full Time

Junior Accountant Responsibilities:

A junior accountant is supervised by a Senior Accountant or Accounting/ Finance Manager.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Analyse and reconcile Bank Statements and general ledgers
• Accounting of Supplier Invoices and reconciliations with inventory receipt reports
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Maintain and record fixed assets and preparation and accounting of Depreciation entries in the Books of Accounts
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
• Accurately perform daily reconciliations of Bank, Cash, Check and Credit Card transactions, and reconcile and file Invoices.
• Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, checking and paying monthly payroll, staff related provisions calculations and accounting thereof and preparing related Accounting and Financial Reports.
• Complete end of month close procedures
• Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial Accounting and Accounting statements
• Assist in Financial Audits, and General Ledger scrutiny preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
