RDAlabs Hiring for Project Manager at Remote Full Time

Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.

Qualifications:
Insurance/Automobile industry experience is a BIG plus

Determine and define project scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

Track project costs in order to meet budget

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types -Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives -Ability to understand technical issues

Facilitating Stand-up meetings -Experience developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner

Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential

A collaborative approach to decision-making -Strong analytical skill
