What do we look for?

We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced senior account executive to oversee the activities of our account.

Responsibilities:

• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Process incoming mail concerning billing and invoicing.
• Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
• Engage management over any AR & AP problems you encounter.
• Initiate collections on past-due accounts.
• Maintain accounting ledgers as required.
• Handle all special billing situations, including group reservations and Conventions.
• Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing, Addresses and invoice numbers.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying,classifying,Computing.
• Posting and recording accounts receivables & payables data.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable & payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting Clients.
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable & Accounts payables status.
• Assist in GST filings.
• Assist in 26 AS Reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly reporting.

Skills:

• Knowledge in tally such as purchase, sales, payments, receipts, inventory,Debtors &creditors ageing, bank & other online payment dashboard Reconciliation.
• Knowledge in excel such as m VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUM, SUMIF, SUMIFS,Piviot Table , Conditional formatting , Count function, data validation and IF Logical function based in the case to case.
• Knowledge in GST,TDS & Monthly and Quarterly MIS reporting.
• Good communication skill in English and Hindi.
• Good writing skill in English.
• Good problem solving and analytical skill.
• Preferred tally and Microsoft certification from any institutions.
• If the candidate having background from automobile industry it will be very Advantageous.
• Familiarity with accounting software programs.S

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month
